Amendments in the constitution of Islamic republic of Pakistan in the year 2007 by the former president of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf had been the cause of judges long march but still the seed of the conflict that dew in 2007 has its tree grown out of the ground .the maneuvering between Government and judges doesn't work . It seems as the chess is being played between the two entities of the state .once the judicial action took place, by re opening N.R.O cases the Government certainly played its move to cope with the fear by distracting sc's attention to other cases . On the other hand the judicial council steps forward aggressively and demands chief executive's remarks on 15 October. A night before 15 October a rumor prevails that judges had been dismissed again but after an hour that news was denied by the government .On the next morning the attorney general gives the excuse to delay the hearing by claiming that the prime minister is involved in schedule meetings that vain courts efforts. These one by one tricks played politically by the government actually impatient the nation of Pakistan, who waited anxiously of the result of N.R.0 cases and money laundering cases over the president because the results of these cases will prove that the judiciary in Pakistan is free and not restricted by any legal or illegal force or agency in the state and outside the state. Such kind of unbiased outcome will be the motivation for international community and an opportunity to gain their interests. This could be very fruitful for Pakistan and its future.
