"Using multiple frames (for instance, extensive scrolling from placing content into tiny frames should be avoided)
"Having incomplete meta tags
"Implementing a ticker tape on the status bar
"Making the navigation too simplistic (in particular, straight line navigation)
Note that the items identified here are not hard and fast rules that cannot be violated, but, in general, should only be used with caution to avoid creating bad web pages. In specific situations, a mentioned item may be found to enhance the usability of the site, and is therefore feasible to use.
