Job requirements consist of the various factors that are required for the best possible performance at a particular position in an organization. While listing the final job requirements, different factors must be taken into account by analyzing the following: Company's goals and objectives Job requirements, both specific and general Job performance Skills and behavior etc. All these factors interpolate and complement each other and every one of them analyzed to aid the recruitment process.

Specific: In this category, one looks to specific requirements which would directly contribute to the performance of the employee in a particular position. It takes into account-
