Theatre As A Worthy Extracurricular Activity In University

Why should you choose theatre?

There are several reasons why theatre is an extracurricular activity suiting for all the students:

Learning something new. Though this is true of any extracurricular activity new to you, it is especially true about theatre. Think of how much you will learn: new plays, new terms, new people You will have access to the world of Shakespeare. In fact, you will try yourself in his shoes!

Changing yourself. Theatre discloses the most beautiful traits in a person. Under the influence of emotions, you may understand the sense of your life.

Living through a fairy-tale. There is no doubt that at least once in your life you have dreamt of love that Romeo and Juliet had. Now you will be able to feel it!

Trying yourself in the role of the director. Maybe, you will turn out to be a bad actor, but a good director. This will be a no less rewarding experience for you! Maybe, you are Steven Spielberg deep inside your heart. Of course, theatre and cinema are very different, but you can never tell where you will end up.
