This article is about whether or not it is a good idea to consult a therapy for consultations by phone. For many years I WORKED as a relationship expert, therapist and advisor. During that time I helped hundreds of people and became so popular and busy I had to hire staff to work for me. To start with it was all done in my office face to face but as technology improvedpeople had therapy by phoneand it worked very well and was a lot more practical. The best thing was that people who lived hundreds of miles away could talk to me easily. It has other advantages too. It saves a lot of time with the client on travelling, also the expense of it, and many therapists are willing to take calls evenings or weekends but would not meet up then. Best of all it works as well, if not better, than face to face consultations.

Now that I am retired I still get people contacting me wanting treatment or expert advice. Because I am retired obviously I cannot help them but it is important to me that I pass them on to someone who is properly qualified, has a lot of experience, takes it very seriously, is not expensive!and who does not pass on their work to untrained inexperienced juniors, as so many do.

I trawled through the internet and eventually found a site that I trust. Many of them were clearly set up by people who do not have much experience, or who are just housewives after a few dollars here and there while stuck at home with the kids. I do advise you to go for phone therapy even if you live close to the person and they are willing to see you.
