As I stated in each of the previous articles, there are five activities leaders do daily that are required to make businesses grow, this is the fourth of the five. As we listen to them we gain the insight into their thinking and their driving forces, this in turn excites ours to action. Just knowing there are others with similar positions and challenges increases our ability and determination to overcome adversity and the addition of a new friend will be invaluable.
