Thereby, make sure to bring plenty of supply of high-factor sun-protection, at least a SPF 30 rated sunblock. And make sure it is enough to apply a few times every day of your trip. Though theres sunblock on sale in Bali, Balis midday sun is strong enough to fry the unwary traveler to a crisp, so theres always a need for you to slap on adequate protection even on the first day as well as drink lots of fluids. Insect Repellent. Though Bali is officially a malaria-free zone, dengue fever is a still a problem. So,
luxury Bali villas guests must make sure to use an insect repellent containing between 30 and 50 percent DEET as a precaution against being bitten by mosquitoes to prevent contracting dengue fever. Bali does not have any deep-woods repellents with concentrations as high as 95 percent DEET available. Appropriate Clothing. Bali luxury villas guests should bring swimsuit, shorts, tank tops, sundresses, skirts and T-shirts made of cotton and linen to remain as cool as possible. Bring also lightweight pants, long skirts, long-sleeved shirts and a sweater for visits to the temples. In these areas, you'll be required to keep your skin covered, and as some sites are perched high atop dormant volcanoes, such attire will keep you warm. Bring also a good sun hat or a wide-brimmed hat and a set of light, loose clothes that cover you down to the ankles and wrists as an added precaution against the sun.

Though Bali is a relatively sanitary place, there is still the risk of contracting unwanted bacteria from undercooked food, drinking tap water or the accidental swallow in the shower.
International driving license. In Bali, you can rent cars and motorbikes.
Padlock. There are some of the cheaper guest houses in places like Padangbai that only have a small lock you can use to get into your room. For your things to be safer, bring strong padlocks.
