I found myself losing a tone of weight and not wanting to work or sleep or really do anything I was so heart broke. When I was younger I went threw a bad breakup and I probably did everything you could imagin wrong to try and get her back. I was showing her all of my cards and how I was feeling and she wasnt letting me know anything. I let her know everything I was feeling and acted very panicky and out of control. I think that this was what turned her off more then anything I could have done. When you are trying to get back your ex one of the worst things you can do is to let your emothing take control of you. If I would have just took control of my emotions and played it cool, she wanted me back as much as I did. But all the time I was letting her know that she was in control and she used it to her advantage. I remember I used to take long drives to places like the lake or some place like that to just try and get her off my mind. But after I found myself more desperate then before. And that is also not a good way to be is acting desperate, this only makes her feel like she is trapped in your emotions and she will try and avoid you.

When you are trying to get your ex back, the best thing you can do for yourself is to take control of the situation and yourself. But still let her know you are willing to do what it takes to make up.
