4. Circle cutters can also be used to create a picture frame using card stock. In order to make this a circle cutter, card stock and craft glue is required. If someone wants to put the card stock picture frame on the refrigerator then it can be done by simply adding a magnet.

5. Circle cutters can be used to create a decorative garland for party or holiday decorating. First a series of circles are to be made with the cutter and then hole punches are to be made on each circle. After attaching each circle with the help of knotting the ribbon in each hole, the ribbon is to be cut from the spool to complete the garland.
