. The natives of the land consider it as a sacred herb. Therefore, there are restrictions when it comes to ingesting or undergoing a salvia trip. While under the effect, make sure to follow these instructions to ensure a good experience.

Before delving into a world that is completely strange to you, make sure that you have a sitter with you. A sitter will ensure your safety whenever you feel frightened due to unexplainable things you might see. Therefore, it is important that you have a sober sitter beside you.

For additional safety, make sure you never do the following stupid things.

Never do salvia while under the influence of alcohol. Alcohol produces hallucinations and makes the bodys temperature higher than normal. It could also lead to unpredictable results and a horrible experience if you try to mix up the two. Make sure that you are clear from any traces of alcohol and you have a sound mind.

Never mix salvia with other drugs. Doing this can be disastrous. Mixing two different types of things can be fatal and there could be negative body reactions. You might get ill when you try to mix two and could poison you. People who tried to mix salvia with other drugs reported that they only get am ill feeling.

When under the trip of salvia, make sure that you are in a safe place and do not stand up. Just remain lying down or sitting so you avoid having accidents and falls. This is also to prevent you from getting any bruises or any other undesirable accidents. Also, keep all the unnecessary things away from you like knives, lighters, etc.

Another dangerous thing while under a salvia trip is driving a vehicle. Do not ever attempt to drive any kind of vehicle while under salvias influence. Even though you only ingested a little amount of dosage, you can still end up rolling down the street, leaving your body in a very miserable state, and the worse, taking your soul away from your body. Do not drive; keep yourself in a safe place.

After taking salvia, make sure you do not leave your place. Even though you did not felt any effect and decided to wander off somewhere, you might be surprised that the effect just begins to manifest. Sometimes, but not too often, salvia effects can take a matter of time before it fully sets in, especially when you chew or just drink tea. If you ingested salvia, no matter what way you did it, you should expect that it would begin to affect you sometime after some seconds or minutes.

Do not try acrobatic movements or anything that is too risky as your physical coordination is greatly impaired. Make sure you just remain sitting and avoid any unnecessary actions. Using salvia safely includes controlling yourself so that you wont be roaming around, just keep still and do not move.
