It can often be a painful experience when you and your partner split up

. This can leave you wanting to get back together with an ex as you may be feeling like this will solve your heart ache. The break up of the relationship may not be of all your fault, though this does not matter. If you do want to get back together with an ex it is key that you do not do things that will harm the possibility of you getting back together with an ex.

Doing irrational things for example could lead to you pushing your ex further away from you. Your ex may no longer want to spend time with you as they may have lost respect for you and therefore do not feel comfortable spending time with you. Doing irrational actions could lead to them disliking you to a greater extent,this is made more likely if you do things which make them feel uneasy. Examples of such things could be sending them text messages in abundance or text messages of whose content is untoward.

Bombarding your ex with forms of contact such as emails or texts is not a wise move. It could lead to you appearing unusual and is unlikely to make your ex see you in a positive light. You could be perceived to be annoying, and this coupled with any other negative emotions that your ex may have for you is going to damage the chances that you will get back together with an ex. Try and maintain that all forms of contact you have with an ex are in good jest and do not possess any negative ulterior motives.

Do not worry if you have done some of things that have been mentioned. All you have to do is stop doing them. This is the only things you can do to improve your chances with your ex; however you must be careful to not give into any temptation to carry on your old ways once you have stopped.

You may also like to take some time away from your ex. This is likely to improve the chances that you will get back together with an ex as it will allow for you to work out things in your head and think rationally without being clouded by any emotions of the moment. Doing so will allow for you to remain calm and rational when you do once again meet up with an ex and decide to discuss things.
