. The reality is that these emotions are a normal part of life and cannot be avoided.
In today's modern world people worry about more and more things like paying the bills, getting old, their children, their job and keeping up with the neighbors. If you were to ask most people is they have ever cried during a sad movie their answers would be yes and that's normal.
A little bit of worry and stress are a part of life. But when worry and sadness fills your mind every single second of your life then we have a problem here. You might have depression or an anxiety disorder. Anxiety and depression can affect every are of your life, like how you feel and get along with others.
Let's imagine that you can hear a depressed persons thoughts, what will you hear? Well i imagine that they are saying that they are losers, things are going to get worse and my future looks bad.
An anxious person would be having thoughts like "if i do that I'll look like a fool", i never know what to say when i met new people or my boss is going to hate my project ideas. The reality is that our thoughts affect the way we feel and very negative thoughts commonly lead to fear plus anxiety. People's anxiety usually comes from the fear that they are going to be judged or hurt.
