Exercises are very important to improve a person's well being and physical fitness

. However there are some exercises that you can perform to lift your breasts to avoid sagging. These should be done often to keep your breasts looking young and healthy. Pec Flye Exercises

This is where you perform chest exercises using a flye machine. Add more weights to the machine and hold it for a while longer. Use 2 reps and hold it more than 25 seconds for better results. This help to make the breasts look bigger and firmer. One usually sees results within the first week of doing these exercises. You can decide to use it every day or at least three times in a week.

Ball dumbbell presses

This is where you perform exercises on an exercise ball. Rest your back and shoulders on the ball and hold the dumb bells near your chest with knuckles facing the roof. Extend your arms upwards and try to bring the dumbbells close to each other. Don't let the dumbbells touch. Repeat this for a number of times until you get tired.

Lifting weights

This is where you lie flat on a table with your legs on the floor. Picks weights that you are comfortable with and lift them in an upwards and downward motion, you should also try and bring the weights to touch each other with while your hands are lifted towards the roof.

You can either do this the exercises in a gym or at home. You can be more creative at home and use videos that will direct you on the proper way to do the exercises. Always wear the right workout gear as a safety precaution.
