. It is a situation when a person is not able to carry out his or her activities with ease. Excess pain actually blocks the muscle and joins movements and makes the body stiff and rigid.

Patients can get different kinds of exercises for getting over their lower back pain. These exercises can be categorized into three main sub-heads:
Initial
Intermediate
Advanced
Initial lower back pain exercises
Ankle pumps- It includes movement of your ankles while lying down on the back
Heel slides- It includes slightly bending and straightening of the knee while lying down on the back
Abdominal contraction- It is done by lying down on the back and tightening the abdominal muscles to squeeze the ribs down to the ground.
Wall squats- You need to stand while leaning against any wall. Try to bend both knees to 45 degrees while keeping your abdominal muscles tight.
Intermediate lower back pain exercises
Single knee chest stretch- It can be done by lying down on your back with both knees straight up to the chest.
Hamstring stretch- It can be done by lying on back while holding one of your thighs in upward movement.
Advanced lower back pain exercises
Hip flexor stretch- It can be done by lying down on the back and holding knees towards your chest.
Piriformis stretch- Practice it by while lying down on your back, and crossing the legs and pulling them in opposite knees.
