Three Reasons Why Fat Burners Shouldn't Be Ingested When You're Near Your Bedtime
You may have read some warnings on the back of certain fat burner products that you
are not supposed to take them at around four hours before your usual bedtime. It may sound a bit outrageous to take at least 4 hours to be staying away from fat burners. After all, some people may choose to want to work out at night since that may be their only chance to get in some exercise for their bodies. That is one consequence of having to work a job that requires you to be at the office for eight hours or more. So why shouldn't you be taking your fat burner capsules when you are quite close to bedtime already?
If you want to have a good night's rest, take their word for it.
Most fat burners contain high doses of caffeine. That means you are going to have loads and loads of energy and restlessness for you for a couple of hours before your body calls it quits. Now if you do not have any obligations in the morning that would be completely fine. But if you are a working man and you need to get up in the morning this is going to pose a few problems for you.
Everybody needs his or her beauty sleep. And that means a solid 8 hours of some much needed rest. Your body repairs itself when you are asleep, and if you do not get that much sleep that means your body won't be able to completely recover. So it is your call; a good night's work out or a good night's sleep.
An elevated heart rate will give you some unnecessary worrying.
If you are taking fat burners just for the sake of suppressing your hunger, it is going to be quite a risk strategy for you to be taking fat burners before dinner. That only leaves about a few hours before you get ready for bed. And if you start hitting the sack already, you are going to find yourself becoming quite restless and unable to sleep for a couple of hours. On top of all that, you are going to notice that you're going to have an elevated heart rate. And if you do not do anything to try to wear your body's energy level down, you're definitely going to be unable to get some sleep when you want to. So if you're the type of person that's big on sleep and makes it a point to try to sleep at least seven hours a day, you should think about skipping the fat burner pill when you're close to your sleeping hours.
A fat burner at night would translate to less sleep.
Taking fat burners at night isn't as good and beneficial as you may think. You're never going to be able to sleep as much you would want to. It doesn't really come out as a surprise since after all, these all usually contain high amounts of caffeine.
