While it is okay to skip lunch and dinner, not taking your breakfast can result to unwanted consequences such as obesity and malnutrition. Make sure you get a good amount of energy from your favorite breakfast menu that includes whole eggs, bacon, whole wheat bread, and fruit juice.

As lunchtime arrives, eat like a prince. You don't have to eat much since you have received the energy you need to finish the day from your breakfast. Instead of making the wrong decision among unhealthy choices in the cafeteria, make it a habit of packing your own healthy meal.

The main reason why you shouldn't skip either breakfast or lunch is so that you will not have to binge eat at dinnertime. Eating too much at night can result to a lot of discomforts especially during bedtime.
