2. Herbal remedies- Some natural herbs that can help with hair thinning are aloe, burdock, catmint, horsetail, licorice, marigold, and many others.

3. Lead a healthy life- Remember that you are not defined by how much hair you have. Stay positive, eat right, and get the right amount of rest to reduce the amount of hair loss you have.
