Infrared coagulation: With contemporary advancements in medical science infrared light has become more popular. Intense heat created from electric current burns the hemorrhoid causing scar tissue, which stops blood flow and allows recovery to take place.
Hemorrhoidectomy: When your condition grows more severe your doctor will bring up the hemorrhoidectomy as a solution.

When it comes down to it, your diet is what measures your level of health. Other factors come into it, but without a healthy diet you will never be healthy. Of course, your diet is even more important if you are having a hard time with hemorrhoids.

Yes, exercise isn't necessarily fun, it's very true. A myriad of people see it as a painful 'exercise' in discomfort. As I lie down on the couch I start envisaging people sprinting past past me - one after the other, trampling on both my well being and self respect. But, it needn't be a nightmare.
The key is to identify physical activities that you enjoy for what they are, and totally forget about the whole concept of 'exercise'. Let it be the side effect of doing what you love. Have you ever attempted brisk walking on a treadmill while watching your favourite tv program?

Many tests have discovered that people can only focus at a high level for 40 - 45 minutes maximum. My own work life involves a lot of time behind the computer so I have developed a system of working for 45 minutes and then snagging a quick 15 minute break for active tasks such as dog walking and making a cup of tea.
