This happens when any employee open any email that contains a virus, and this spreads to companys mainframe. This problem is rising day by day and the industry has been taking various useful measures in this regard.
To avoid any virus related problems, the staffing agencies have started adding disclaimers to the cards. This helps them in keeping themselves secured against lawsuit or litigation caused by the employees.
