Some of the near-beach facilities will have a fraction of the amount of space that those just a few miles away offer. More so, they often have limited larger suites for larger groups. Many complexes want to make the most for their rent and that means being able to fill the building. You may find that these facilities are also overcrowded. This is especially true of inexpensive locations near the beach.

Depending on what you would like to do during your stay and where you would like to be, rentals are likely available to provide for all of your needs. Ultimately, it is up to you to choose a location that seems comfortable to you and your family. Base that decision on more than the number of rooms and the cost of the facility. The more you know, the more likely you are to enjoy your stay.
