First tip is to drink at least eight to ten glasses of water a day. Not everybody is fond of drinking water. Since generally, water does not taste like anything. Drinking eight to ten glasses of water everyday will be easy for you if you keep on doing it. It is just a matter of conditioning yourself. Drink a glass of water in the morning before you eat.

Second tip is to eat breakfast. Having a good breakfast will boost your metabolism. If you skip breakfast it will cause your metabolism to function slower which means that the body cannot burn more fats quickly. Breakfast gives us the energy that we need. It also helps us from craving more food at the end of the day.

Third tip is to exercise first thing in the morning. Do some early morning body workouts for an hour. These will burn out fats three times that it normally would. This is because carbohydrates stored during the morning will be used up as energy for your body to function while you are at sleep. When the body uses up almost all the energy, it will look for an alternative energy supply which is the fats in your body. So when you wake up, you do not have enough carbohydrates as energy. Workouts will continue to burn out those fats at a faster rate.

Fourth tip is to eat vegetables. We should eat the right kinds of food. We need protein, vegetables, fruits and other essential nutrients for a healthy body. Our muscles play a major role in metabolism that is why we need proteins to help develop those muscles. Remember the principle that a bigger muscle mass increases metabolism. Vegetables provide us nutrition and healthy fats help slow down metabolism.

Fifth tip is to eat slowly and enjoy. You will be satisfied if you take time to enjoy your food.
