How to Cover Old Tiles

Do you want to paint or stick self adhesive ones over the old ones, do you want to fix the old tiles, or do you want to remove the old ones and start from scratch. Once you have narrowed down your options clean the tiles you currently have and cover the tile with a latex reinforced mortar and place new ones on top.
