Eat in small quantities. You don't have to swallow every food or drink you see because they are available free for you. Always know your portions. You can fill parts of your meals with vegetables, grains, beans and fruits.
Don't ever try to skip your meals. Skipping a meal might seem like cutting on calories but that is not the case. You are basically starving yourself which is very wrong. The next meal that you eat will be converted to pure fat and this will eventually cause you to gain weight rather than losing weight.
Drink a lot of water. This is one of the most essential components of your diet plan. One glass of water every hour would do great things in your body. It helps you to eat lesser without making you feel hungry.
