Recent studies show that an excellent way to ease your back pain is by continuing to give it as much movement as possible. Instead of avoiding pressure on your back, giving it movement is an excellent way to open up the muscles and give your back some exercise which in the long run will help strengthen your back

2. Exercise "" Pursuing any form of light exercise not only helps give continuous movement to your back but it also helps strengthen the muscles that support your spine. You will be able to get a lot of simple workouts and regimes from a yoga or gym instructor. Make sure you start any new regimen under expert advice. You need to make sure your physical activity is helping your back and not damaging it further.

Walking and swimming are also ideal to cure back aches. If your pain makes it difficult for you to exercise, ask your medical advisor to prescribe some painkillers, though it is preferable if you avoid consuming any additional medications. Also consider using heat patches in the area of your pain.

2. Weight Management "" Weight gain is one of the primary trigger factors for back ache. Extra weight tends to put additional pressure on your back, and thus it is important to take all measures to ensure maintenance of a healthy weight.


3. Sleep on your Side "" Sleeping sideways is the ideal position for the health of your back. Sleeping on your back or stomach tends to put additional pressure on your spine and neck.

4. Posture "" keep a check on how you sit and stand. Avoid slouching or hunching since it puts additional stress on your back muscles which then results in pain.

Simple lifestyle changes can do wonders to curing and easing your back pain.
