Weight is a major concern is the society today as there are many styles and appearances people want to become

. But remember that losing weight isnt hard if you put your mind to it, but Im not saying you will lose weight instantly without trying and attempting but you can with my help and you will lose weight in 1 single month.

I too was a member of the society which wanted to lose weight and after so many tries and attempts, I found out how to lose weight quickly and efficiently and you could also reach your target too.

What you will have to do on weekly bases to reach your target:-

Week one- Start to make yourself confident and stick pictures of thin people around your house (maybe of the old thin you). Then start to make progress charts where you track everything you eat and drink, and then you can see where you are going wrong with your daily diet, so you will need to throw out all unnecessary fatty foods.

Week two- You will need to start to eat healthier with nuts and grains, your five fruit and vegetables as you havent now got all your fatty foods anymore. You will also start to drink healthier fluids, such as water and milk.

Week three- you will need to start to apply more exercises in your life (remember no excuses), so if you lead a busy lifestyle then try to wakeup earlier and go for a morning walk or after work go for a evening walk. You could even join a gym if you really were determined to reach your target.

Week four- Increase your exercises and decrease your fatty foods, you could even use that progress charts I mentioned earlier.

If you read all these for weeks and follow them then you will lose and reduce weight in a month! Good Luck!
