. Sometimes it will rain when its not supposed to and sometimes there will be sunny weather, when it has to rain!

Even the weather experts go wrong in their predictions nowadays. Due to the rise in global warming, you cant say anything about the weather these days. If you witness rain in summers or winters, dont be surprised. Its all because of the mounting global warming.

Lets leave the global warming aside and see how you can protect yourself from the harsh winters. Here are a few tips which you can follow in order to keep yourself fit and healthy.

1) Use a good quality blanket for sleeping


During winters our bodies become cool while sleeping. So, its good to wrap yourself in a warm and comfy blanket which will keep you warm. It will make you feel comfortable as you sleep in your bed.

2) Whenever you go for a walk use a coat

Rather than wearing a jacket or layers of clothes, you can opt for a coat, as you move out of your house for a walk. Bathing with hot water has many benefits, and one of the major benefits is that it keeps the blood circulation under control. Also, in these chilly days, you cant afford to bathe with cold water.

6) Watch out on your food intake!

By following a proper food time table in winters, itll help you in maintaining your body temperature. Also, having hot meals during winters is good for your health. Tea or coffee will regulate or body temperature and keep you active through out the day. You can also opt for soups in winters as they are easy to cook and healthy too.
