Feedback on the Quotation Junction Lead Platform

Our continued success lies in the fact that we invest a considerable amount of time into developing a close relationship with you the supplier, making sure that your key selling products and services are known to us. Give us your feedback on whether the profile tab in you supplier account would be the best place for you to communicate this information to us.

Many modern photocopiers have hard drives that can handle storing a large amount of data of all the activities that have taken place on the photocopier hence this poses a data security threat.

Verification

All leads will have the product or service that the buyer is requesting. The lead will have the buyers: name, company, address, telephone number, email address and postcode, as a minimum. Our policy is to send you all RFQ's within 1 business day from receipt of request. Suppliers have said that they prefer fresh leads with a comment in the QJ verification box which states that it has not been possible to contact the lead as opposed to leads that have taken time to contact with complete information.

We now have a "QJ lead verification note" shown in each lead view. The objective of this to provide our suppliers with additional information relating to the lead- we will include information such as original source, i.e. how the lead was generated, Online, Offline, telemarketing, email, etc.We will also include notes relating to the lead qualification process such as, has the lead been contacted or not by QJ notes relating to this process and what additional information was gathered from this will be added here. The benefit of this additional information is to provide QJ suppliers with a better understanding of the customer's requirements and allow the supplier to handle the initial contact with the customer more appropriately.

Your Profile tab

This is how we know who you are, the key contacts in your company and your targeted areas, products and services. This can be amended at anytime- it is not set in stone.

ADD notes in Leads Tab

Within your supplier account there is an add notes feature which enables you to track the lead and its details. Please note that this is for IN HOUSE purposes only. We WILL NOT process a credit request from these notes. Please use the Support tab in your supplier account for this.

Reminder of Credit Procedure

Please note that a credit request will only be considered if it is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We will only accept requests within 48 hours from receipt of lead and these must be submitted via support@quotationjunction.com. Please note that our Customer Service Team contact every request to ensure that it is genuine. If it meets our criteria then your account will be credited.

NEW VAT RATE

This new rate is now been applied to all invoices.

TOP-UP OF FUNDS

As the new year approaches please ensure that you have topped up your account with funds to ensure receipt of leads. Want more Leads Contact your Account Manager and they will take you through the bidding platform.
