Stinky body odor can be truely reduced by simply making this simple change of clothing. The reason for this is that your odor causing sweat can be transferred to your clothing causing the smell to last longer. Your clothes may feel wet or sticky because of the sweat that your clothing has absorbed. It is not fun to have to be stuck in wet, damp or smelly clothing for any length of time. Wouldn't you want to shed those smelly clothes to avoid feeling like that? Keep an extra set of clothes within reach is an excellent way to keep your issue under control during the day.

Cotton is the best selection, as the fibers are separated and allow the air to radiate and touch the skin. Quit wearing clothing that fits to tight to your body.
This can increase your sweat and contribute to body odor problems. It's smart to wear loose fitting clothing that allows your skin to breath and stay cool. You don't have to wear huge clothing; though, it doesn't hurt to wear clothing that's loose enough to allow air ventilation onto your skin.
Many feel terribly uncomfortable when it comes to sweating and body odor. People who have to endure excessive sweatiness and body odor also usually endure extreme levels of mortification.
Some people become so embarrassed they become incapacitated. Some good news is there is no need to allow these conditions to burden your lifestyle.
