As for the extender cables, these can be fitted to the USB VGA adapter before you turn the screw bolt to secure it.

How to Fit Double Cables

As we all know, cables that connect to monitors can be quite short. This is why it's important to have extension cables. This way, monitors can stay far apart. Since monitor connections can be fastened using screws, you'll find it easy to position the screens wherever you want to put it. You will just attach the cable to the monitor with the cables tightly connected at the back.
