Muscle building, may be the word sounds very simple but the procedure is not simple. There are mainly two types of exercises which are compound movement and isolation exercise. When you are doing bicep curling then your bicep muscle is only used for this and this type of exercises are called isolation and when you are doing bench press then your chest muscle is mainly used but your triceps and shoulder are being used also. The four important exercises are squats, dead lifts, military press and bench press. The main exercise of your chest workout should be the bench press, deadlifts should be your main exercise for back and squat is the main workout for leg and military press is the important exercise for your shoulder. Do not go for overtraining because it is really bad for health.
