Tips on Dog Training
When people asked me what was the name of my favor pet
, he answer send me back to my childhood and yes Lucky was my favor dog, my best friend. I was an only child and I did not make to many friends so my Lucky was my constant companion. I though him many tricks and he was very well behave dog. On my 18th birthday I signed up for the Army and it was very hard to say good by to Lucky. I missed him very much and when I came back home after 4 years, he just was waiting for me, because 2 weeks after he was not longer with us.
Here are some tips to train your dog:
Be patient.
Gaining your dog's trust.
Give your dog a job.
Reward his good behavior.
Be patient and your best friend don't let your down. Remember that training your dog not only helps you build a better relationship with your pet, but also show how much you love him and this means that both you and your dog will get the most love and respect out of your new relationship.
Gaining your dog's trust. Many people think that training your dog is a matter of you ordering your dog to complete a task, and the dog complying. If your dog has a favorite toy that he or she always seems to carry around, have this toy handy, allow the dog play with the toy and then gently move your hand towards it, in slow and delicate fashion while the dog is playing.
Give your dog a task. Dogs are happiest when they feel they are need it. many are bred for specific jobs, and they are happiest when they are completing the job they were bred for. Give him or her specific job at the same time every day you will be amaze and this is a moment to reward his good behavior.
Here is the lesson that most owners never learn. There is more to loving your dog that playing in dog parks. It is your job to make him feel safe and secure. If you do not take your responsibilities seriously, why should he or she listen to you?
