Tips to Perform Front Raises Using Dumbbells

. You have to perform some exercises so that you are able to make a well rounded to your traps and shoulders. As one of the right instruments, you can use dumbbell. It is proven to be able to build the muscles of your shoulders.

In order to get the well-built shoulders, you have to perform some exercises. Just follow these steps and get the shoulders you want.

The first thing you have to do is to get a pair of dumbbells which you can handle for eight repetitions. If you get too heavy dumbbells, you can change them with the lighter ones which are more suitable with the strength of your muscles. Then, get a room with enough space so that you are able to perform your exercises freely.

As your first position, you can stand and open your feet at the shoulders width apart. Take the dumbbells for each of your hands and put your arms right at your sides. Make a slight bend at your knees in order to get your back completely straight. It is beneficial for avoiding the cheating while exercising. Get the instrument which is easy for you to handle so that you can lift them for some repetitions.

Then raise your arms slowly either your left or right one. You can alternate your arms. Remember the repetitions you have made so that you can measure whether your exercise is enough or not. Then, raise you arm at the level of your eyes in front so that you can feel construction and tightness in your muscles. Hold it for a couple of seconds.

Put your arm back to your starting position slowly. If you don't lower your arm completely at your side for a while, you will avoid your arm from having full rest so that you can feel the tightness. It will be more beneficial for you. Then, lower your arm at its complete starting position.
