. This program allows the users to easily schedule the meetings as well as invite the attendees through an email by using Microsoft Outlook.

Furthermore, this kind of program is able to provide some options to make the meetings run efficiently with a private environment and complete secure. Yet some users still have no idea how to set up this program at the first time. There are some steps you have to do to set up this program appropriately.

The first thing to do is to keep the date of Webex conference call on a public Webex calendar which is available in Microsft Outlook. You can open this Outlook from your computer through double-click on the "Folders." Then, choose the Webex folder. Enter the password you want to use. The next step is to select the time and the date for the schedule of the conference call.

The second thing is to set up the Webex meeting in that Outlook. Navigate the cursor on the button of "Schedule meeting." Then, it will show a page in which you can fill out the meeting details. You can add the name of the meeting in Microsoft appointment field.

Enter the password of the meeting. For reserving the conference call, you have to set up a password. In addition, you have to include the password for each of the callers who need to join the conference.

Then, select the field of "Invite Attendance." Enter the addresses of the participants manually from the Global Address book. Right after that, you can directly send the invitation for conference call simply by clicking "Send" button. However, you have to make sure that you have entered all the details.
