Tips to Stay Fit on your Holiday
Taking a holiday doesn't have to wreak havoc on your exercise regime. It's tempting to let ourselves go during vacation - indulging when we eat out. And of course, going to the gym is a distant memory. However, there's no reason why we can't keep fit during our vacation or while on business trips and still enjoy the time away - little planning goes a long way.
On your next holiday, plan a simple workout program and stick with it. Staying fit and active also has the additional benefit of keeping your immune system healthy so you're less likely to get sick while you're away. You deserve a break, but don't let all your hard work at the gym go to waste by keeping in mind these simple ideas.
