Try to clean your kitchen right after dinner. I know that you feel exhausted after dinner and all you want is to relax but don't leave the dishes for the next morning. There's nothing worse than waking up and coming to an untidy kitchen for breakfast. Cleaning the kitchen at night will only take 10-15 minutes.
The living room is another place that should be left clean before going to bed. Spend 10 minutes to sweep the living room's floor and put objects back where they belong. If you leave the living room untidy during the night you will wake up and have more things to do. Leftovers from the previous day.
Pick you daily clothes the night before. You will need those precious minutes during the morning rush. You don't want to spend them deciding what to wear. Do it at night and save those extra minutes. It will make the difference between running late and being right on time.
