Tips to lose all the weight you want

I want to share with you what I've learned from the many books I've read on health and fitness. These tips will work and has been proven to work for anyone that has the capacity to simply fit them into their schedules. I haven't been able to do this yet but I hope that I can someday sit and think deeply about how dangerous my situation has become. And perhaps maybe then I can start turning my life around by making promises I would keep.

1 Get enough of sleep

Yes many would say. Why sleep!? Yes! The fact is sleeping is the cure for all obesity out there. Many obese people including myself rarely get to sleep the recommended 8 hours per night. We tend to stay up late watching tv and eating our brains out with all kinds of junk food. We sleep maybe for a good 4 or 5 and then wake up to eat bagels and donuts that we've been dreaming of all night long. It's a proven fact that sleeping relieves stress, burns calories and rejuvenate us for the next day so getting the proper amount of sleep is crucial for us to be able to function like a normal human being.

Coffee and Donuts do not help. It only satisfies our fat taste. There has been times where I've dreamed off Coffee and donut all night. When It was time to head to work in the morning, I would rush to Dunkin' Donuts to get the stuff I was dreaming about. As soon as I got them, I would eat them immediately in the car and would not even wait to take them to work. Occasionally, I'd finish everything except coffee and still be in the parking lot so I would end up going back in store to get the same freaking stuff again. Anyway, back to the point. Get enough sleep so you get re-energized. This'll benefit you even more if you once in your life decide to exercise afterwards.

2 Eat Breakfast

Ah yes! Now I am talking! aren't I?!! The obese readers at this point are clapping with their knees and nipples with joy! I hate to break this to you but what I mean by breakfast is simply half the portion that you normally eat. So for example, if you're used to eating 4 donuts for breakfast, cut it to 2. Coffee you can keep the same size as I wouldn't cut mine either. But cut your breakfast meal to half of whatever portion you normally eat. Even if you are eating 4 donuts, this is still better than the people who skip breakfast all together! The ones who skip breakfast are in grave danger of accumulating much more fat than the ones who do have breakfast. Having breakfast is as important as getting a good night sleep. Breakfast is even more important than dinner!

3 Trim your lunch!

AHHhhh yes, lunch time! All co-workers running around looking for menu. The obese ones acting shy and giddy when they're asked if they want to order chinese food. They're like uhmmmm yea sure but I don't want to eat too much cuz I'm on diet. Uhh yea surediet for the millionth time that never works. Anyway, you end up ordering foodchinese food with large eggdrop soup. You think to yousrelf by adding broccoli on the side is healthyof course it's not. This is broccoli dipped into boiling fat. Why do you think broccoli from chinese places taste so good? Ever taste broccoli raw?!? If you're going to have lunch from outside, just don't have chinese everyday. If you decide to go to Subways, don't add 3 types of cheese in your sandwich either. Eat all you want, having a full stomach in lunch time is better than at dinner time. Dinner time you should punish yourself and not eat so much. Overdose at lunch time if you want but try to have healthy stuff. Don't overdose yourself with Big Macs. Overdose yourself on raw broccoli for once in your life! It's healthyyou won't diereally!

4 Drink more water

Yes waterbut not other types of drinks that has added sugar. Specially not the ones that taste sweet and delicious. I haven't had a can of soda in a few days and I already feel good, soda and types of sugary drinks drain your body after giving it a temporary high. So, do your bestif you're fat or obese, drink 2 gallons of water a day. If you weight 50% more than your ideal weight, then drink 1 gallon of water. Everyone else should drink around the same. Water makes you want to crap regularly. Water is very goodevery morning you wake up. Blog!it's a great feeling as always after a big dump. Within no time, you'll start loving water more than any other kind of drink.


5 Eat more nuts

Yes Sir! go nuts! Eat lots of em. Have walnuts, peanuts, coconuts, donuts?! no not donuts..but any kind of nuts that has no sugar in them. Nuts are good! Why? They keep your stomach busygives the illusion of being full even though your eyes are full of hunger. If you work in an office environment, put a bag on your desk and munch on it all day. Get your gallon of water with you and enjoy the day. It's funI've tried. It also regulates the system, adds fiber and all sorts of healthy stuff that makes craping easy. If you have nuts all day, you won't go nuts trying to eat an elephant for lunch or dinner. Why?! because you feel sort of full and satisfied. It's like slim fast except your constantly eating and not being controlled by some sort of chemical. Try it.

Conclusion

This article may have of many spelling, grammatical errors and other sorts of stupid stuff but don't pay attention to grammar. People and books has repeatedly mentioned these things to me. I've tried it partially myself and seen results but obviously I haven't been consistent. You can be 5 steps ahead of every other fat person if you just follow these tips. You'll notice, I haven't mentioned doing workout anywhere in this document. It's all about eating. Eating is like 95% of losing weight. Exercise just makes you feel good and maintains your weight but eating properly makes you lose fat and get into shape. So just eat right. I hope this article motivates me too.
