Tired Of Having Excess Belly Fat? Get A Flatter Stomach In 8 Weeks With This Simple 4 Step Process!


Doesn't it seem as if excess belly fat just doesn't want to move?! No matter how many diet pills are taken, how many fad diets you end up on, how many calories are restricted, etc., belly fat just won't go away! So, what's the problem? The problem is with everything I just mentioned (diet pills, fad diets, restricting calories, and other unnatural dieting methods)! Those things will not work effectively (and I learned this the hard way). If you want to get a flatter stomach in as little as 8 weeks, then read on for a simple 4 step process I did that helped me not just flatten my stomach, but also drop over 50 pounds in 2 months... permanently!

1. Stay away from white carbohydrates. White carbs (rice, bread, potatoes, etc.) are what causes insulin spikes, fat storage, excess belly fat, bloating, retained water, health problems, and more! Now this doesn't mean to go on a low-carb diet, because there are carbohydrates that you MUST eat... and that would be complex carbs (better known as fiber).

2. Stay away from processed foods. Processed foods (boxed, canned, etc.) even SOUNDS unnatural! Eating processed foods will certainly make it difficult for you to lose belly fat and weight. The reason why is simple: Your body has a difficult time processing (ironically) and digesting those types of foods. What I recommend you do is simply restrict processed foods from your diet and ensure that the diet you do go on is based around eating natural (raw, organic, grass-fed, natural, etc.) foods.


3. Avoid empty calories. I know it may be a habit, but consuming empty calories (foods or beverages with no nutritional value... such as soda) must be decreased. It's okay to have something like this once a week on a cheat day, but avoid this as much as possible.

4. Avoid unnatural dieting. Please, whatever you do, avoid going on low-carb, low-fat, low-calorie, strictly detox, celebrity-diets, prepackaged-meal plans, etc. types of programs. Those things are ineffective, expensive, and unnatural. They are only going to cause you up-and-down weight loss, several side-effects, and an empty bank account!
