We all hate having acne

We all hate having acne. A lot. Personally, I was lucky enough to only have it on my chest and back, where it wasn't visible, but sure itched. Where's yours? Regardless of where your acne is, you don't have to spend $50, $20, or even $10 a month to get rid of your acne. Even though it seems too good to be true, there are some great free natural acne treatments that you can do at home.

1. Aloe - Chances are you already have this in your bathroom cabinet. But not for acne, you probably bought it to get rid of that annoying sunburn. The good news is, it helps with acne too. It soothes the skin, allowing toxins in the pores to escape more easily. Just rub on a little with your finger in the morning; you'll be amazed at the difference.

2. Honey - honey is hydroscopic, meaning is absorbs moisture. Even though zits and pimples are usually oil trapped under the skin, the honey will draw out some moisture (such as sweat) to prevent it from getting worse. It's best to put the honey onto the pad of a band-aid and put over the infected area, then remove at night and rinse off the honey.

3. Hot Water - this won't cure your acne, but if your run warm water over a cloth and hold the cloth to your face for a minute or two, the steam will open your pores. Then, use whatever facial cleanser you prefer, rinse, and steam again to get the facial cleanser out. Lastly, put a cold washcloth on for just a few seconds. The temperature change will shock the skin, causing the pores to close. While this can trap toxins, it also makes it much more difficult for toxins to enter your pores.

Now, I won't say that these will cure your acne. But they will certainly help, and they cost almost nothing. So please, help yourself out a little. At least try these free natural acne treatments; see if they work for you. Everyone is different, but if nothing else your skin will feel a lot better.
