Motivation leads us toward success. Sure there may be stumbling blocks along the way, but that's why a change in attitude is so important. With a positive attitude a person has the ability to pick themselves up, dust themselves off, figure out their mistake and learn from it. A negative situation can be turned into positive application, as long as you have the right attitude and the constant motivation to keep on going. This motivation can be the goal itself, or the reason for wanting to reach that goal. For instance, if the goal is to get a raise, the money may be the only motivation you need, while the chance to carry their family on a vacation with that money is where the motivation lies. But whatever the reason is, keep motivated by never losing sight of your goals.
