ONE BEDROOM FLAT: On the other hand one bedroom flat has its own advantages. This kind of a flat is more attractive for those who desire more space and multiple rooms. This means a person will have a separate bedroom which will be out of sight from all the guests coming. Moreover even if there is a guest for the night, he/she can sleep with greater privacy on the sofa in the lounge, knowing that the other person is in room. Importantly, also if the owner telecommutes then he/she would prefer to spend the workdays in a different room and enjoy his privacy and sleep in the bedroom, providing him/her with a change of scenery, as staying and woking in the same spot can be boring and make the person inefficient and unproductive.
