You can use solution of ammonia and water; blot the solution onto the spot using a paper towel until it is removed. Soda water and baking soda can also be used for cleaning coffee stains out of carpets. You can use soda water/baking soda instead of vinegar. You can use Bleach free detergents to remove the coffee stains.

Beer is an effective stain remover. Specialists advise to pour the beer directly onto the stain, and then blot it up with paper towels or a soft, clean cloth.
