After sales support - My customers generally don't ask about the products I sell them, in fact I've realised that most people only buy once from me so I doubt that after sales would ever be needed!
An informed choice - I don't have any problems with people understanding my products I have over 10,000 items on show in my small shop, it's all there for my customers to find. No one asks for my help so they all must know where everything is.
I bet if you dig deep enough there will be more than five reasons why a business refuses to buy a website, but I bet there won't be many that will make good business sense.
