Third, stay off alcohol. Do you know that a beer has over 100 calories? A shot of vodka has around 90-100 calories, so does a shot of whiskey. Spend a night bar-hopping and you would easily consume over 500 calories. That's more than 20% of your daily calorie intake! If you want to lose weight, you should stick to a maximum of one or two drinks and nothing more.
Fourth - hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! There is no better health drink than water. Drink as much water as you can - 10, 20, even 30 glasses are fine. The body can never really have too much water. Drinking water not only washes out the toxins and keeps your body hydrated, it also makes you feel full so that you don't overeat.
Lastly, whatever you do, don't hog on junk food. There is a reason why its called 'junk' food - its low quality, full of saturated fats that will destroy your health. This is the last thing that should be on your money if you intend to lose weight fast.
