The netbook market is growing, and every computer manufacturer is trying to outdo the competition by giving consumers what they want at the lowest price possible. Toshiba is one company that tries to satisfy both the average PC user AND the tech geeks, and this ploy seems to work with the Toshiba Satellite T235D-S1345.

This Toshiba model is an affordable 13" netbook that offers a good amount of performance and speed. It's larger than the average netbook, yet still smaller than the average laptop. It's designed for ultra-portability. For such a small system, it's surprisingly powerful thanks to its dual core Turion II Neo K625 processor, which is a step-up from its predecessor, the T135D.

The 13.3" display has an LED backlight and a 1366x768 native resolution. The images and colors are bright and the text is crisp and clear. You can easily view the screen from an angle. The sound from the integrated speakers comes out through grilles on the front of the base. The audio sounds great with and without headphones.
