Toss A Woodstock Theme Party For Some Groovy Fun

Events of Woodstock were a once in lifetime experience

, but this can be recreated through a Woodstock theme party that many can enjoy safely. Create a fun Woodstock party with simplewoodstock party suppliesand decorations to make a fun Woodstock like atmosphere.

Woodstock Banners: Start with images such as peace signs, doves, etc. that be used for making Woodstock banners. Cut out Woodstock imagery after printing on card stock paper. Punch holes in the corners of the images, string with ribbon through the holes, and tie. Once the images are strung together hang in the party area. This is a simple party banner that can be made by the party host(s).

Poster board will make great Woodstock banners that welcome the guest to the party. Draw groovy 60's lettering on the poster board and paint in with plenty of bold and bright colors. Use cut outs of flowers, doves, and other 60's images to complete the welcome banner. Add thick pieces of cardboard painted on to the poster board to create depth to the welcome banner.

Woodstock Ceiling Decorations: Decorate the ceiling of the party area with cut out Woodstock imagery such as peace signs, doves etc. This is a simple way to utilize the party space by adding more Woodstock party supplies. String a piece of long thread through the top half of the imagers and hang from the ceiling.

Encourage all party guests to wear 60's Woodstock clothing such as bandanas, beads, vests, and general hippie clothing. Do not forget to play groovy Woodstock music all party long.
