Your metabolism nevers relies on burning fat because you keep giving it more food to digest for fuel.
However, if you eat two hearty meals a day and a light supper your body will turn to stored fat as it's source of fuel. The additional benefit to this is your body stores it's accumulated toxins deep within the tissues and fat cells. By following this simple plan you can lose weight, burn fat, and release toxins that have been stored deep within your tissues.
Ayurvedic principles recommend eating an early breakfast, enough to carry you through until lunch time. No snacking. At lunch time eat a meal large enough to carry you through until six in the evening. Have a small meal at that time. Depending on the season, maybe a bowl of soup and a piece of fruit, or maybe a salad. Don't eat after seven in the eveing. Make sure that your largest meal of the day is at lunch time. This is when your digestion is it it's peak performance and can burn up the calories most efficiently.
To maximize and accelerate this detox plan reduce the amount of fat you eat every meal. If you eat only fat at breakfast and limit your fat intake at your noon meal your body will burn stored fat more readily.
