Primarily attractive to those with families because this location is central to many of the best schools and sport facilities in the region there are a wide variety of property types to choose, from elaborate homes to inexpensive town homes. It is a wonderful beach town that has some of the most beautiful clean, yellow sand you will find anywhere in the world.

Little Cove - One of the most desirable suburbs in Noosa, Little Cove overlooks the Laguna Bay and is right up against the National Park. Also located near the ever popular Hastings Street location, Little Cove is home to many luxury homes and vacation rentals. Most properties have exquisite views which are reflected in the property values throughout this community. Properties in this location are a rare find as once people come and stay they aren't likely to leave for a while.

Sunshine Beach is late to the scene as it has become populated only just recently, but it gives people the chance to own waterfront property right on the coastline.
