Step1. You need to download a Mac DVD to iTunes ripping/converting program, because iTunes doesn't accept the Video_TS.vob files. Step2. Insert a DVD to your iMac or Macbook DVD drive. Open up the iSkysoft program and select "File" -> "Load DVD" or "Load DVD files" to load the titles/chapters from DVD-Rom to this program.
