The two toys I'm going to focus on this review are the courageous Autobot leader, Optimus Prime, and the evil high flying Decepticon, Starscream.

Optimus Prime

The 10 inch tall version of the Autobot Leader is a splendid choice to a young kid or to the most enthusiastic of collectors. A well articulated action figure and equipped with two missile-firing cannons and snap-out swords, this Optimus Prime action figure is ready to do some serious damage. The Optimus Prime action figure also comes with Mech Alive' technology, which allows you to remove its armour panels and view its internal components when certain limbs are moved. In addition to that features such as lighting-up eyes, background sounds and movie lines are present in this action figure.

The main downside in this action figure is the challenge it poses during the transformation process. Yet this would be something the smart or slightly older kids would be looking forward to. When transformed into the Optimus Prime signature truck, the smokestacks end up being the cannons and are able to fire missiles in this stage as well.

Starcream

The fierce Starscream is an obvious choice if you are looking for a dangerous and cool action figure. Standing 10 inches tall and having a weird figure, the Starscream action figure's joints are well articulated and possess an arm that could be converted into a missile-firing cannon allowing it to fire at targets. In addition to that, the Starscream action figure comes with lighting-up eyes, exciting sounds and phrases from the movie.
