Transparency and quickly turn off Aero in Vista

I think Microsoft has done a great job with the interface in Vista Aero transparency

, but may not be times were you want to turn it off. Are you trying to make a screenshot and will not include online content through a window? Normal process that you have to go takes a few clicks of the mouse:

Appearance settings by clicking the Open Start ->Control Panel ->Appearance and Personalization ->Window color and appearance . Uncheck the box marked with Aero Transparency , and then press OK. Alternatively, Windows Vista Magazine is a quick guide , which will enable the option to turn off the Aero transparency in your desktop, right-click menu. There is no software to install is a simple registry hack. This makes it much easier to turn on or off switch for a moments notice.

Disabling transparency alone will probably not save a lot of system resources, since they do not close the Desktop Window Manager(DWM), but I can see how some people want to do it for a specified period.
